Background: To study CSF biomarkers of Alzheimer disease (AD) analyzed by fully automated Elecsys immunoassays compared to neuropathologic gold standards and to compare their accuracy to plasma phosphorylated tau (p-tau181) measured with a novel single molecule array method.
